$365-395/night up to double occupancy. Extra guests $60-$65/night.

The Blue room features a King or two Twin beds. There is also an additional twin sized day bed in the room. The room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a high-tech air mattress and pad that can be slipped out for a fourth guest if so desired. The Blue room is located on the top floor with a view of the historic roofscapes and sunset.

Amenities include organic soaps, hair dryer, iron & board, TV, guest WiFi, central HVAC.
  • Nightly rate $365-$375 up to double occupancy. Extra guests are only $60-$65/each/night. Stays of 4 or more nights qualify for our 10% extended stay discount.  (Occasionally single night stays are available at $390.00-$400.00/night.)
  • Beginning October 1, 2026, rates will be $375/night.
  • Due to being an owner-occupied small B&B, we are not required to charge any taxes or hospitality fees.
  • Ground level accommodations can be provided for those who wish to avoid stairs.
(Due to our contingent of a dog & cats we are unable to accept guest pets.  For those allergic, our animals are not allowed in guest rooms.)
Note: The Rose and Blue rooms are on the top floor so try to pack in two small bags vs. one large bag as there is no elevator.

We can also accept payment through Venmo (Jack-Simmons-46), Zelle bank transfer (843-870-0443) or PayPal Family and Friends transfer without fees. Credit Cards and Regular PayPal for services adds 4-5% in fees. If you prefer PayPal, let us know and we will invoice you. (If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible as we request a two week notification of any cancellation.)
