$310-350/night up to double occupancy. Extra guests $60/night.
The Rose Room features a Queen bed, a separate daybed, plus a trundle bed if needed to accommodate a third or fourth guest. It is on the top floor with a view of the harbor and sunrise. The room has a private in-suite bathroom with shower and tub. Amenities include organic soaps, hair dryer, iron & board, TV, guest WiFi, central HVAC.
- Nightly rate $310-$325 up to double occupancy. Extra guests are only $60/each/night. Stays of 4 or more nights qualify for our 10% extended stay discount. (Occasionally single night stays are available at $330.00-$350.00/night.)
- Beginning Friday, August 30, 2024, rates will be $350/night.
- Due to being an owner-occupied small B&B, we are not required to charge any taxes or hospitality fees.
- Ground level accommodations can be provided for those who wish to avoid stairs.
(Due to our contingent of a dog & cats we are unable to accept guest pets. For those allergic, our animals are not allowed in guest rooms.)
Note: The Rose and Blue rooms are on the top floor so try to pack in two small bags vs. one large bag as there is no elevator.
Deposit Required
Please note that a 50% deposit check is required made out to Jack Simmons, 15 Church Street, Charleston, SC 29401 and balance due upon arrival. We can also accept payment via Zelle (843-870-0443), Venmo (Jack-Simmons-46), and PayPal Family & Friends, all of which are fee free. Credit card transactions add 3-4%.
(Be sure and do not list Venmo or PayPal as for goods and services or pay from a credit card as this will incur extra fees. Make sure it is just a transaction among friends and a direct debit from a bank account.)
