The spacious rooms at 15 Church Street Bed & Breakfast in Charleston, SC feature down-home Southern charm with historic architecture, private bathrooms with tubs and showers. Second floor rooms feature unique views of historic roofscapes with sunrises and sunsets. A ground floor room is available for those who are challenged by stairs! Your stay includes access to our relaxing porches, common areas, cocktail hour, and a full breakfast each day.

THE ROSE ROOM

$350-365/night up to double occupancy. Extra guests $60/night.

The Rose Room features a Queen bed, a separate daybed, plus a trundle bed if needed to accommodate a third or fourth guest. It is on the top floor with a view of the harbor and sunrise. The room has a private in-suite bathroom with shower and tub.  Amenities include organic soaps, hair dryer, iron & board, TV, guest WiFi, central HVAC.
  • Nightly rate $350-$360 up to double occupancy. Extra guests are only $60/each/night. Stays of 4 or more nights qualify for our 10% extended stay discount.  (Occasionally single night stays are available at $375.00-$390.00/night.)
  • Beginning March 1, 2026, rates will be $365/night.
  • Due to being an owner-occupied small B&B, we are not required to charge any taxes or hospitality fees.
  • Ground level accommodations can be provided for those who wish to avoid stairs.

THE BLUE ROOM

The Blue room features a King or two Twin beds. There is also an additional twin sized day bed in the room. The room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a high-tech air mattress and pad that can be slipped out for a fourth guest if so desired. The Blue room is located on the top floor with a view of the historic roofscapes and sunset.

Amenities include organic soaps, hair dryer, iron & board, TV, guest WiFi, central HVAC.

  • Due to our contingent of a dog & cats we are unable to accept guest pets.  For those allergic, our animals are not allowed in guest rooms.
  • The Rose and Blue rooms are on the top floor so try to pack in two small bags vs. one large bag as there is no elevator.
